Returns
Do not send products to our operating address.
All returns must be requested and approved before they are shipped. For an approved return, Velxyra will provide a prepaid downloadable return shipping label and return instructions by email.
The approved label will contain the correct return destination. Customers must download, print, and attach the label to the return package before shipping it according to the provided instructions.
Velxyra covers the cost of the prepaid label for an approved return or exchange.
