Velxyra respects customers’ privacy and provides this page to explain how customers may request that their personal information not be sold or shared where an applicable privacy law provides that right.
Our Privacy Commitment
Velxyra does not sell personal information in exchange for money.
However, certain uses of advertising, analytics, cookies, pixels, or similar technologies may be legally considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some United States state privacy laws, even when no money is exchanged.
Customers may submit a request to opt out of applicable sales or sharing as described below.

- The email address associated with your interaction or order
- Your state of residence
- A clear statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
Do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
Velxyra will use the information provided with the request only as reasonably necessary to review and process it.
Browser-Based Opt-Out Signals
Where required by applicable law and supported by Velxyra’s website systems, Velxyra will process recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.
A browser-based signal may apply only to the browser or device from which it is sent. Customers may also submit a request by email.
No Account Required
Customers are not required to create an account to submit an opt-out request.
Velxyra will not discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right. Submitting an opt-out request will not affect access to ordinary product prices or customer service.
Service Providers
An opt-out request does not prevent Velxyra from providing information to service providers when reasonably necessary to:
- Process payments
- Fulfill and deliver orders
- Provide shipment tracking
- Prevent fraud or protect website security
- Respond to customer-support requests
- Operate the online store
- Meet legal obligations
These disclosures are intended to support store operations and are not permission for a service provider to use personal information for unrelated purposes.
Authorized Requests
Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request for a consumer.
Velxyra may request information reasonably necessary to confirm the agent’s authority and identify the consumer connected with the request.
Other Privacy Requests
Depending on the applicable privacy law, customers may also have rights concerning access, correction, or deletion of certain personal information.
